Wayne & Waynetta Slob clearly think it's OK to park in disabled parking bay because it's after 5pm and as all disabled persons don't work they should have done their shopping during the day.
I know, I know they have a disability it's yet to be defined but it's clearly a mental not physical disability.
A century ago they'd call it stupidity and both would be locked away in a mental institute for life.
30 years ago they'd call it selfishness and a total lack of respect
Today they call it entitlement AFAIK

This car is always parked at screwfix half in the road or sometimes around the bend of a junction. Lorries and vehicles struggle a lot because of this idiotic driver. Needs to put p plates and have a driving test again, god knows he has passed.

Used to own this little car, I loved it. Took a little 1.2l Clio from Carlisle to Paris, and Carlisle to Spain! Good little runner.
