It is not acceptable to hog the overtaking lane for over a mile, just because you want to turn right at the roundabout at the end of the road. You need to re-read the highway code!!

Terrible driver

Totally clear lane just anchor up. Tailgating so they keep braking hard... ignore a car coming other way to pull around a parked car

Just keep going slower and slower with jerky braking

Driver needs his bald head checking out. Really poor standard of driving and he'll end up in an accident if he keeps it up.
