Pulls out right in front of me without even looking then drives erratically down the road nearly curbing it twice. I pull up next to it at the lights and some rough looking woman in her forties is trying to light her cigarette but has the lighter about 6 inches away! Clearly had a drink or something else!. I toot my horn to get her attention and she drives off through the red light narrowly avoiding a pedestrian crossing the road. Accident waiting to happen!
