This knobhead fucking overtook me on double lines, he also went 20 above a school area hitting 5 CHILDREN!!!!! also, he forces his girlfriend to be a traffic cone and many other things!!! He is also trying to break the law by putting in fake speed limits so he can go 100, whst a manicac, terrible driver when we pulled over, he gave me rude hand gestures, got a picture of his car before he left
