So, leaving Tarvin Roundabout, there are 2 lanes for quite a distance. If you are driving slowly, it would be polite to get over to the nearside lane ASAP. Or you can behave like the moron in this Chinese MG!

Parked in disabled bay with no badge, a guy in his 30s.
It was a new high spec BMW X5, definitely not a Motability car.
Leave the disabled bays free for those that need them please. You can easily walk the few extra metres - they usually can't.
