Stupid woman just stops randomly on a residential road without indicating or putting on her hazards to signal that she's pulling over... and proceeds to play with her phone as if she's done nothing wrong. What is wrong with BMW drivers!!!!??!??!!

He was going 50mph a hour in a 30mph area, he was passing cars and doing hard turns, it was like he was late or something , he nearly crashed into me because he cut me off . if I didn't break I would be in a accident. Stupid
