Stuck behind the guy for over a mile watching him drive a cement truck whilst on his phone, swerving all over. No consideration for other road users.

The driver of this car hit my car in a carpark today leavin damage to the driver, both doors and failed to stop and leave a note, luckily someone saw it and informed me so that I can inform the police!
