Even if police took no action at this time, the driver's insurer will see this footage, hopefully. It's not hard to understand, you do not over-take if it is neither safe nor practical; however some people just don't seem to care and think they can do whatever they like.. seems there's a nice little space here waiting if or when the driver decides to make a repeat entry.
