Noticed this vehicle approaching in rear view mirror late last night while heading down Gravelly Hill into Birmingham, at first I thought it was a motor cycle then realised it was a car with only one working headlight, being driven erratically and at speed. Noted registration when it passed, a check reveals MOT expired 10th July 2018 so probably on the road illegally for over a year.

I was doing 30 along Westgate near a speed camera and Lidl when I saw this vehicle on Glentworth Road West which runs parallel with Westgate and is a 20 zone with no speed cameras and it was speeding past me doing about 40.
This is typical of privileged perverts or ones with inferiority disorders trying to look better than they are by wrongdoing and thinking they are clever because they get away with it. Doing 40 in a 20 residential zone significantly increases the chance of accident and knowing they can get away with it is opportunist wrong-doing associated with sick perverted minds.
