No idea what this idiot is doing while driving, but going to hazard a guess using a mobile as wasn't paying much attention to those around him. I'm also going to hazard a guess he wasn't wearing contacts (definately no glasses) but is shortsighted. Hogging the right hand lane forcing others to undertake him. Road drops down to two lanes for roadworks and this idiot finds this opportunity to display his terrible lane disciple. Kept on tapping the break pedal as if he couldn't see the road properly. Alternating his speed between 30 and 50 on a 40. Then eventually changed lanes with the obvious intention of undertaking a car in front, and for whatever reason he hasn't seen the bus ahead of him so has to decellerate and change back into the right (not indicating once). Approaches the lights and can't decide whether to stay in the right hand lane or the middle lane so just takes both. Awful driver.
