Inconsiderate motorist in the Lancaster area speeding, weaving between lanes to undertake, tailgating and after speeding over Greyhound Bridge I saw him turn right into Scale Hall Lane at the traffic lights barging across immediately in front of approaching vehicles instead of giving way forcing the approaching vehicles to brake.
I think there is something wrong in the head of this motorist - does he live on Ryelands?
