Woman in this car emptied out all her rubbish (McDonald’s, drinks bottles and cans) onto the car park, when confronted she just drove off. Disgusting and selfish behaviour.

As I was waiting on coming out of a junction I saw the plate on the front of this vehicle & thought it seemed a bit knobbish. He passes, I fall in behind & notice the plate on the rear is completely different.
Seems like car is registered on the rear plate but the plate on the front read either:
BO55TMY or BO55TNY
Probably a suspicious character.
