Speeds through 30mph villages, gets up cars backsides, overtakes with cars coming other way, makes rude gestures out of his window. Totally selfish ignorant pig of a driver, carries on like this he will cause a nasty accident.

This person was parked on disabled parking without a blue batch. He was dismissive and rude when requested to move the car to one of the many parkings available on the car park. Having to park in tight parking spots or further away can often mean huge discomfort or risk of accident to a disabled person.
