Following a failed prosecution from myself with this driver in regards to this incident i feel i can only report on this website for awareness purposes.
The incident occurred on the 14th of january 2019 and have failed to prosecute the driver for insignificant evidence.
On my way to work at around 2am i was travelling down the A46 near Caistor where i become involved in an altercation with the young driver ( will not name for website rules ), the situation was instigated from a poor judgement of my own within a junction, the driver reacted in due course and proceeded to invite me to pull over, which at my own fault of rage in reaction i accepted, immediately the driver exited the vehicle and came to my off side window, now at this point i myself was about to exit the vehicle to comfront ( accepting my wrongs here evidently) but before i could the driver put my window straight through, with what i believe was his elbow, and proceeded to take my keys out my ignition holding them up stating that my choice was himself to take the car now or have it ' disapear' in the following days, skipping the rest of the altercation i contacted authorities and explained with no outcome. To continue the scenario my car was stolen 4 days after the incident hence my continued effort to prosecute the driver i concluded proceeded the actions of his threats and unfortunately i lost the proceedings due to inferior amounts of evidence, so please read my report as awareness of this driver. The male driver of the Bradford City Council minibus no. 2609 from Shearbridge Depot used dipped headlights and rear fog lights when being followed by the 2700 Bradford Council minibus (I don't seem to mind the man being followed while driving).

BMW,,, SEEMS TO CHANGE COLOUR REGULARLY??? RAVING LOON THAT DRIVES IT, ALWAYS SPEEDING, ALWAYS ON MOBILE, SEEN OUTSIDE 30 BROCCKENHURST WAY , SW16 4UD. HUGE RANGE OF CLAPPED OUT MOTORS ON THEIR DRIVEWAY.

Dozy woman leaving it until literally the last second, tries to nick in front of me as i'm about to exit the motorway. I'd need to have slammed on to create room for her. Obviously bombing it down the middle lane and cutting in at the last second was a much better idea than filtering in in good time.
