Was swerving all over the roads, driving on the other side and wouldn’t move until they almost crashed into on coming traffic, went through red lights on motor way almost causing a crash yet again. Almost kerbed it a few times

Stalled multiple times and nearly hit me and another car. Driving distracted and not paying attention on the road. Doubt she got a full driving license, probably driving on provisional all the time with no L plates. If she actually has one, then she probably needs to hand it in. Also bonus points for stupid plate.
