This absolute bellend cut across from lane 3 to get onto Hard shoulder to illegally queue jump using the hard shoulder off the congested M606. He then undertook the queue on the sliproad by going into left hand only lane to cut back into right turn only lane at last minute before the traffic lights.

Driver in white van with no markings stopped dead in the middle of single lane street, switched off lights and sat there making rude gestures whilst 4 cars piled up behind. We were already 3 quarters of the road down. Obnoxious driver.
