White young Male driver speeding through traffic holding phone to ear. Already reported info and videos to police from my front and back dashcam. They said they will be pursuing this :) very reckless driver. Very dangerous.

Thank you to this k*ob, Who decided to dangerously race past me when I had stalled my car at a round about. Everyone has to learn and I had my glaringly obvious L plates on. You were held up for a max of 30 secs before your decided to race past on the wrong side of the road. I doubt you personally have insurance or even a licence. I was ready to follow you home but low life’s like your self are not worth my time.
