M25 clockwise, YF12 VHJ 20-40 darker skinned male with short hair, sunglasses, red shirt tailgates us, we moved over to let him pass and tried to run us off the road, laughing while he did it before speeding off and tailgating someone else.

GREY, 2011 FORD TRAN 115 T260S TREND FWD PANEL VAN

I was approaching a level crossing whilst cycling and noticed that the male driver was sat on his phone with earphones in. Phone was clearly in hand and I filtered through and made a gesture to put it down. He decided to ask what my problem was. I simply replied with "Put the phone down.". Once we got moving he tailgated me across a level crossing which is very dangerous. He then squeezed his way through and forced me into the gutter whilst gesturing to pull over. I decided to brake behind him and he drove off into Castleford on the A655. Young male driver with dark hair who needs to start concentrating on his vehicle and the road. This is a company marked vehicle however I unfortunately cannot find out the name of the company. It was 3 letters long and the van was grey. I'll update this if I find anything.

What was that you were unwrapping and eating as you approached a school earlier on? You didn't have full control of the vehicle at that time and should be concentrating on driving and any jaywalking children before eating your sweets.

Reckless, dangerous and scary. Undertaking and trying to force his way in to gaps. When I flash him he then brakes hard, and drives slow. Uses his car as a threatening weapon.
