One day I was walking down the street minding my own business when this car drove by me. The driver beeped their horn to get my attention then someone in the passenger seat exposed themselves to me!
It was a horrible sight and to do that was very wrong. I reported them for indecent exposure and was told the owner of the car might be spoken to or there might not be time. To this day I still wonder who both the car owner and offender are and if they were spoken to or got away with it.
Is there any way I can find out?

Saw this fat lad driving this car this morning. no tax and buckled alloys. Almost crashed going round the one way system in Kendal because of him. i've seen him about town a lot

This diity get threw an empty drink beaker out of the window of a black Peugeot 207 near Gynn Square in Blackpool tonight. Pity he didn't get a fine for littering.

How about keeping the dog strapped in the van plonker. not on the drivers side where the dog could get in the way...
