Taxi - slamming brakes on and putting on fog lights to blind those driving behind. Slowed to 20mph in a 60 zone - no idea why as we were not even close to tailgating and lights were dimmed.
Very dangerous driving.

Seen driving through Sheffield while watching a film on his phone mounted on the dashboard. Dangerous driver because he wasn't focused on the road. Be wary of this guy.

Cannot keep constant speed, continuously braking for no reason then speeding up!

"Professional driver" who tailgates and flashes headlights while travelling at 80mph forcing you to get out of the way. This is a DPD delivery van from the Peterborough depot. About time the police get him off the road.
