Impatient idiot driver in a Morrisons Van
I was driving in lane one, under the speed limit, keeping a sensible distance from the car in front,It was raining.
The lane becomes of off slip from the A40 shortly before it becomes the M40. Shortly before this an onslip joins the road. The driver started trying to force his way immediately in front of me just before the end of the slip instead of adjusting speed and pulling out behind me into an empty road. He did end up joining behind me, but then went out to lane two, overtook, then forced his way in front of me with barely feet to clear. He then could not decide which of the two lanes he wanted on the offslip.
Same type of junction as a motorway, highway code says:-
Rule 259
Joining the motorway. When you join the motorway you will normally approach it from a road on the left (a slip road) or from an adjoining motorway. You should
give priority to traffic already on the motorway
check the traffic on the motorway and match your speed to fit safely into the traffic flow in the left-hand lane
not cross solid white lines that separate lanes or use the hard shoulder
stay on the slip road if it continues as an extra lane on the motorway
remain in the left-hand lane long enough to adjust to the speed of traffic before considering overtaking.

The Audi A3 driver was blocking the traffic this morning and preventing over taking, I witness him nearly take out a car by trying to pull into the middle lane whilst been overtaken.
Bad driver on all fronts but then proceeded to block the A1 for quite some time.
Playing loud music with bass outside a residential street whilst smoking weed.
Phoned the police and hopefully these irresponsible drivers are caught and dealt with accordingly.
