White van on A1M, unable to keep to a speed, forced cars to undertake then tailgated dangerously. Also had 'Oli is a nonce' written in the dirt on the back which I find hard to argue with based on his behaviour.

Speeding at around 4x the speed limit in a car park, ignored no-entry sign and went the wrong way round a one-way system, forcing a car going the other way to take evasive action. Luckily did not cause an accident this time...
