Absolute fucking idiot not aware of their surroundings. Enters the roundabout at a very dangerous time causing me to hit the brakes. I then start sounding my horn as I’m behind them but that causes them to speed up and almost hit another car that was marked with the blue disabled badge and they overtake it by driving up the kerb at the exit just to get away from the scene
