The MOT expired on 30th Jan. small print of insurance states it is also uninsured. Lets get it crushed so they can not cause any further issues on the road

I really hope the cops show some interest in dangerous drivers like this. You don't have to drive fast to be a danger to others.

The police have all the evidence they need to prosecute this guy for dangerous driving /driving without due care etc.

He is much more of a hazard than someone doing a few MPH over the limit.

Very dangerous blocking the right hand lane on the motorway could have caused a crash going 5mph in a 40mph speed limit.
