RTC... This guy turned right off of a main road onto a side road and took out a scooter that had the right of way coming towards the white c class on armley town street in armley, the bike hit the back passenger side of the car with a whack. The white c class then sped off overtaking on a blind hill and leaving the scene and bike/biker on the ground.

"While cycling on Lovely Lane, Warrington, I was passed extremely closely and then threatened by the driver of this Ford Fiesta. Due to his comments I believe this was a "punishment pass", a deliberate attempt to scare me, as I was riding in a central position in the lane.
The incident was reported to Cheshire Police, who contacted the owner, established who was driving, and gave the driver a police warning under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002, for using his vehicle in an anti-social manner. I'm pretty satisfied with that outcome.
I've been told (via the police) that the driver has apologised, and that the driver is a cyclist himself and it was a "heat of the moment" outburst. Excuse me if I take that with a pinch of salt."
Typical bully/small membered-big car idiot Range Rover driver. Sideswipe because I'm in the lane he wants to be in, then punishment pass across zigzagged lines at a ped crossing then brake testing me.
This crazy women was very very close to knocking me off my bike, she made an other driver from the other sider of the road swerve to move out of the way. This was all because she is inpatient.
Does this guy have a deathwish? Pulls out of lay-by without looking, causing me to have to slam on, then he proceeds to do 30mpg (70mph speed limit)
