Using mobile phone (looked like texting) whilst driving, this idiot had a couple of narrow misses with the kerb and grass verges in Birchwood. Hope the kid in the back of her car and anyone unfortunate enough to be near them makes it home in one piece.
Driving extremely close behind my car, then proceeded to overtake and slam on breaks in front of me, endangering my two children that were in the car with me! 04/11/15 at 5:56pm in Welwyn Garden City, Panshanger turn off!
