I’m the maniac who drives at high speeds through built up areas and overtakes into oncoming traffic on narrow bendy roads in the Lancaster and Trough of Bowland areas. I also tailgate to try to get the vehicle in front to get out of my way.
I weave between the sheep on the moorlands rather fast, giving them little space and almost knocking them over - definitely frighting for the sheep.
I don’t care about other road users as I am what matters - I gain at the expense of others - yes because I am a perv.

Have you considered that maybe they're attending to something? And due to those circumstances it's okay for an emergency services vehicle to park on double yellows?
