Typical self-entitled bmw driver who thinks he owns the road and everyone has to move for him. Not only does he drive like a total prick, he also likes to break the tlaws by using his mobile phone whilst driving. Oh wait BMW must be issuing certificates which exempts him all rules of the road as well as giving him entitlement to be 100% total ass-hat!
