Tailgating other driver dangerously, clearly angry at them, weaving in and out of tight gaps, nearly caused many accidents on motorway. Don't drive if you get that angry on the road.

Doesn’t give way to pedestrians already crossing when turning into another road but makes it apparent he has no intention of stopping so pedestrians have to hold back.
“Get out of my way” is the body language I have witnessed.
I don’t know if this is a scaremongering tactic to get others to do what he wants and he gains through putting fear into others.
