This miserable old geezer likes to pull out on roundabouts whether its clear or not. Doesn't like a bit of horn though as can be seen when he flicked me the V's. Funny how he avoided all eye contact while doing so, big man behind the wheel, small man in all other ways.

Can’t use a roundabout properly. Cuts across lanes. Doesn’t let people out in a merge in slip way and exceeds a 30 zone by a lot
