Bearded clown spotted around Barnsley/Barugh Green/Darton in Toyota Estate. Likes tailgating, overtaking lines of traffic on bends and generally driving like a complete tool. Keep reporting him as if his plate comes up enough times the police will take notice. Get him banned before he kills someone!
