was walking my dog and this lunatic zooms past and drives into a puddle making sure that he soaked me and my dog. my dog now has hypothermia and my wife jill has to be off work permanently with stress.

Saw him dividing two cars in the middle of the road. Sat there for a good 7 months after and the cars never managed to return to the same road again.
