The driver of this van is something of a control freak as well as a red light jumper. Firstly, a HGV was in front of him and whenever there were passing places or two lanes he would go into the outer lane and stay at the back of the HGV - which was illegally blocking the outer lane to stop other (faster) vehicles from passing. This was by Windy Harbour. Further along after the HGV had turned off towards Thistleton/Elswick, the driver didn’t bother to stop at red lights on the roundabout at the junction of the M55 J3 and the A585.
What fear has he got of faster vehicles? It could have been a tactic to stop other vehicles from overtaking him. Definitely mentally perverted.

Typical BMW moron behind me coming off junction 6 of M3 this evening - right up my backside trying to intimidate and jutting out as if will overtake me but not able to as I am in right hand lane to go round roundabout and only grass next to us so there is no other lane - why such an angry little man, there is no reason for it and if lights had been red and I had to brake then you would have hit me and be your fault
