Driving too fast in 20 zones especially in built up areas with cars parked both sides. Not able to see if it is safe to continue or turn but just pulls out without caution.

Another obsessive speeder in the Great Eccleston area.
As there was no traffic coming the other way he took to the right lane - must have been doing over 70 (it’s a 50 zone) to overtake as many as possible and also passed to the right of the islands in the middle of the road (should pass to the left).
I wonder what scum estate he is from as he looked like a yob. Probably used to being in police chases.

Taken one year ago today! Some knobhead driving around with a 16ft load of railings, boot wide open, wedging out the left front window.
