Doing 80mph on service road to avoid traffic on Bridge - then thought it was funny to splash me with a Puddle.

Tell me how, where two lanes take traffic to the right, and I stick in the left hand lane to turn right, joining a queue of traffic already on the roundabout when you push into my lane (the right hand lane still empty) I am in the wrong.
