This driver needs to learn to drive. As was all over the place. Wouldn't like to be in a car with this man, feel sorry for the wife that was sat next to him. Also not good when he was seen looking a little bit drunk when he was walking out the bar and getting in and driving away

It appears that large STOP / GIVE WAY signs and a stop line do not apply to this Fiesta driver.
The road I'm on continues around to the right, he pulls straight out from the left intending to turn right (towards me).
Luckily knowing the road I was driving slowly and there was nothing coming in the opposite direction so I was able to swerve around him.
No doubt he does it every morning and usually gets away with it, hopefully he'll think twice next time he's there.
Unfortuantely I am unable to upload the video so you can't see the speed which he approached the junction.
