Why oh why does this car have to park on the pavement and cause an obstruction. We have to walk in the road when there are lots of people around. It's been like this for 3 weeks now and hasn't moved.

This car drove into the side of mine on Sunday 8th March 2015, while it was parked on the road...then drove off. Fully aware of the damage it had caused.
