At approximately 11:45AM on the pictured driver decided to go round the parked cars (also pictured), crossing the center of the road into my path, hitting and breaking my drivers wing mirror - I turned round and stopped the driver only for him to say "I should have moved over" - where? I had no place to go unless it was on the pavement.
This driver should 't be on the road as he used the size of his vehicle to bully his way through.
