6th September 2017 ( wednesday) Driver ( delivering parcels) being abusive to children at 3pm outside school and shops for walking past his vehicle which was parked on the path, when he was confronted by a mother with her child who he had started on he swore at her and drove off , incident reported to police !
This idiot doesn't understand how an average speed camera works. He slows down just before the camera then speeds back up to the next one only to do the same thing. Someone really needs to teach them how AVERAGE SPEED cameras work.
Really bad at driving needs to be taken of the road
