Stupid driver pulled straight out into lane 2 of a dual carriageway causing a van to swerve & me & more to brake heavily. Could so easily have resulted in a collision! The driver seemed totally oblivious to his actions & continued to drive in lane 2 without reason before then braking (?) whilst passing exiting traffic.
