Stupid moronic idiot in a black Honda Civic just hit my wing mirror outside my house on the A444 he was on his phone and clipped my mirror it’s only smashed the glass luckily but my partner works in a position he can track the driver and will be dealing with him directly

I was delivering essential medicine supplies in Tipton in the West Midlands.
However the day was ruined by someone apparently with no regard for safety or reasonable peace and privacy.
Basically they were 'playing' at racing up and down the street like crazy, on a noisy motorbike. Someone is going to get injured or killed because of this idiocy. The street is fed up with your noise as well.
Public roads are just that - public, they are NOT your private track! If you're thinking of making this a more regular thing? Then maybe you should consider some common sense as well as whether or not the police are aware. Someone was killed a few days earlier up the road.. that's the risk you are taking not only to yourself but innocent people going about their business. Stop using our road as a race track.
