Started pulling off withput looking a pedestrian (me) was walking on the drivers side but he continued to pull out almost wedging me against another moving car. Had to stop. Arsehole driver

This vehicle almost caused a multi car accident in Hull today 6th February 2019. I followed them and they went into apex park industrial estate Amsterdam Rd, Hull HU7 0XS at 730am. I checked there registration out on gov.uk website and it appears it has no mot and no tax. So is also uninsured.
