Purple and white 1954 Volkswagen Beetle which parks in some of the most ridiculous places i have seen. Blocks off paths on a main road so you have to go around the car on to the main road to cross to the other side of the road. A lot of young kids walk across these areas coming back from school, putting them in danger of other cars.

the best thing to do is get hard evidence. I know someone in a similar situation; the driver is being abusing, lying, and refusing service for no good reason. How these people gets jobs being in charge of people I don't understand. Suffice to say, my camera is being charged ready for uploading onto a YT account. I'm not vindictive or petty, but with some people you cannot win by going through the immediate channels - you have to catch them at it for heads to turn.
