Woman in a VW Up just stops on A6, South Road with her hazards on so she can take a call.
No mounting of the kerb to give buses room to get past, no ignoring the phone & getting on it at a more appropriate location.
Pretty sure while your engine is still running too that if the police wanted to they could still do you for phone usage being sat in the drivers seat.

VW Passat taxi.
Indian looking guy coming out of Lancs Aldi. Totally floors it to leave the car park & didn't look like he was about to stop at the junction at all. Jams on the brakes for the car approaching from the right & then quickly pulls out.
As he passes, you guessed it - phone in hand & he's messing about on it.
