Looks to be a serial offender. Saw this guy this morning driving past a primary school in Lancs, parked cars either side & he's holding his phone out in front of him quite clearly yapping on speakerphone.
Gotta save them pennies for a phone mount.

Absolute bell stain. Ragging it through residential area only to get caught up behind another vehicle doing the limit. Dented in bumper too so can’t drive at all

Blocked my car along with others! Cant even overtake because of another bus on the opposite side! They also brake checked me despite being a massive bus! Bad driver!

Utter dope in a blacked-out Land Rover, cruising in lane 2 on the M58 at 65mph not passing anything. I, doing 70, move out to overtake and they floor it up to 75. I move back in again and they slow down to 65. Repeat twice over until I finally catch them unaware, after that they cruise at 70 keeping up with me. That great big tank must have cruise control, use it FFS!

Driving up East Rd Hill in Lancs in a Fiat Panda. As I'm walking up I look over & see they're holding their phone in their right hand rested on the steering wheel in its older person's flip case.
