Red light's don't apply to this guy.
Straight through traffic lights on red near Lancs hospital. My lights are on green & have to stop to allow him through else I'd have hit him.

Been going way under the limit for a long time yet goes in to the overtaking lane.
Lights turn green & they take forever to go. They match the speed of the car on the left until the road goes from 2 lanes to 1 & then they absolutely floor it.
