I was cycling past Highgate woods. And going the speed limit at 20mph and took primary position over the speed bumps. This idiot sped passed me at maybe 35-40mph on the wrong side of the road head on into traffic. Why are people allowed to drive like this? Because he’s in a big fancy car? I bet it’s not the first time he’s driven like this
