Toyota Prius in Lancs.
Only 1 very very dimly lit light at the rear in the fog.
Once I pass I see he has only 1 working headlight.
Idiot. Bulbs aren't expensive.

Heading southbound on the A3 drove directly into my lane forcing their way into traffic.

Extremely dangerous, which is surprising when you can see three children in the back of the car
