Thank you, Sir. It appears the cyclist pulled out into traffic flow without checking, to which the driver responded by acting aggressively by virtue of tail-gating and revving their engine, before startling the cyclist. Out of fear and panic the cyclist stopped. The driver then over-takes too closely, again needlessly revving and what looks like speeding?
