Parks like a complete twat at his home address. Covers the whole pavement most days. There is a disabled person who lives on his street as well who if he wanted to get past would have to go in the road risking his own safety. The road is wide enough to park completely in the road and people can still get past but this prick always parks covering the entire path.

This driver is sadly still on the roads. Saw him today on his phone at a green light he held up traffic for at least five seconds, completely oblivious.... And of course saw him on his phone again at the next lights where he saw me check out his number plate (while we were stationary) and promptly honked his horn (I was on a bike).
Doesn't seem big enough to report it to police though sadly as it seems like it is a lot of hassle.

This driver was driving around using no indicators at all, they made several turns down different roads and never used an indicator.
