Knob of a driver who daily drives up & down the M6/M6 Toll in the midlands with one headlight not working & it appears both indicator bulbs have gone also (because he would be a tit otherwise not to use them), irresponsible, anyone could pull out on them not seeing the vehicle.

This VW Touran has a serious engine problem given the amount of black smoke it’s pumping out around the streets of Cheshunt. Looking at its MOT history it’s never tested on time, regularly fails and currently has no MOT.
