Female driver parked the wrong way on a one way street partially over my drive and also on the payment. Was abusive when challenged and then drove dangerously the wrong way up the one way street at school finish time when there were young children and parents around - some of them had to move to avoid her.

Has to reconnect his battery every time he has to drive anywhere! Then when he does get this pile of rusty shit going, he drives at like 10 mph and holds everybody up.
Why he can't tailgate and park diagonally across 3 parking spaces like any other normal driver I do not know.

Saw this DRIVER (avoiding the use of descriptive identifiers!)
passing everyone in a long queue of traffic and almost go into the side of someone turning right at the junction ahead.
